Their yearly plans are half the price of their monthly plans - that should tip you off immediately as to the quality of the product.

I did not like this tool. The builder is fine, but the options you get are basic and the design is very limited.

The free plan is decent, so I'll bump it up to a 3/5, but I wouldn't use this tool for anything serious.

Irritatingly, though, this shows up near the top when you google 'form builder'.
