It seems like a solid tool, but the space it fills annoys me.

It lets you import google forms, a free tool, and then charges you to change their design.

It's got a few other interesting features, like a mobile app to view responses, and an expensive CRM for your google sheets.

But it doesn't stand out as anything unique in the forms space.
