It's fine - it works well, and the interface is easy to understand, but man they're charging you like crazy.

They are more generous than other builders, but it's still just far too much for my taste.

You get limited design flexibility, but they do give you a lot of nice form options to make the questions pretty.

Whatever - this is nothing special, it's got your basics, but I don't like it any more than the average form tool.
