If you need to actively use a LOT of data (tens of thousands of rows) and other no-code database systems like Airtable or Google sheets aren’t working - Xano might be a nice option. It definitely required prerequisite knowledge of APIs, which I do not have, but if you can get over the learning curve, the databases seemed easy to use, and you can connect Xano to some tools like Bubble relatively easily. There are a lot of other no-code database systems out there though, so shop around if you’re not sure it’s right for you.
